Bid Announcement

1.      Et Inclusive Finance Technology SC (ETIFT) invites interested and potential bidders for the Acquisition and Installation of IT and Network Infrastructure

2.       Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

i.                    Renewed Trade License                                 IV. Tax clearance certificate

ii.                  TIN Certificate                                            

iii.                VAT Registration Certificate                         V. Manufacturer Authorization Form(MAF)

3.       A bid bond amounting to ETB 300,000 is required for Lot 1, while a bid bond of ETB 150,000 is required for Lot 2.

4.      Bidders have the right to participate in all or separate lots

5.      Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from Sep 01, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five hundred only) to the Et Inclusive Finance technology SC (ETIFT), at ETIFT’s office, 2rd floor and collect the bid document.

6.      Bids shall be submitted on or before October 7, 2025 at 11:05 A.M (in the morning) at the Et Inclusive Finance Technology SC (ETIFT), 2nd floor.

  1. The Bid opening shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on October 07, 2025 at 11:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

9.      Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope and a copy of each document on a separate envelope.

10.  The language of Tender shall be English.

11.   ETIFT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
